The vacant land at 153 Old Post Road is described as primarily south-facing, a feature the listing says makes the property suitable for solar energy use. The property is located near the Tolland Green, Crandall Park and Interstate 84, according to the listing. Zillow identifies the parcel as being in a rural setting with highway access and some wetlands. Zillow’s price history shows the property was listed for sale in January 2021 at $49,900 before the asking price was reduced to $39,900 in March 2022. The listing was removed in September 2022.
