WESTON-REDDING-EASTON, CT — Weston, Redding and Easton ranked among Connecticut’s most expensive housing markets in new Zillow data. See how Weston, Redding and Easton compare to other towns across the state: The interactive statewide map estimates the average home value in Weston at approximately $1.37 million, while Easton averaged about $966,836 and Redding approximately $863,634. All three towns ranked significantly above Connecticut’s statewide average home value of approximately $441,466, according to Zillow. Only a handful of Connecticut communities — including Darien ($2.36 million), Greenwich ($2.3 million), New Canaan ($2.13 million) and Westport ($2 million) — ranked higher than Weston in the statewide data. The data comes as Connecticut continues to face rising home prices and limited inventory. According to Redfin , 8,307 homes were listed for sale statewide in March, down 10.2 percent year over year.
