WILLIMANTIC — First-time homebuyers will have the opportunity to attend a free online workshop offered through Beacon Bank. The workshop, in partnership with Pawtucket Central Falls Development, will be held on June 16 at 5:30 p.m. to commemorate National Homeownership Month.

The live Zoom workshop, “Introduction to Homeownership & Financial Wellness,” will cover the homeownership process, financial readiness, credit readiness, mortgage readiness and preparation for the ongoing responsibilities of homeownership. Following the presentation, there will be a Q&A session.

First-time homebuyers, renters exploring their options and those interested in building long-term financial confidence are encouraged to sign up and reserve their spot.
