Jun 28, 2026 | Goodbye , Real Estate | 0 WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the main house at 21 Old Hill Farms Road. The 1 ½-story custom cape was built in 1941.

It has 2,700-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement area, garage, open porch, stone patio, finished half-story and unfinished attic. The studio erected in 2008 remains. The property traded hands in November 2025 for $2,440,000 .
